Stopped by the Hive today to bring Mary Teasdale a few more products: Note Cards and Prints from my Camargue collection. She is such a wonderful artist. Mary creates fine jewellery: crystals minerals and gemstones pieces made with stirling silver, and she has a leather line as well. Stop by her showroom in The Hive 3775 Carp Road, in Carp ON. She also has local artists in her showroom who sell their work on a consignment basis. It is a wonderful eclectic collection of work. I am one of the artist represented!! The Rotary Club of Ottawa South partnered with Wesley Clover Parks and the Ottawa Polo Club had fun for the entire family this past weekend with the second annual Polo in the Park fundraising event to benefit the Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health and TROtt (Therapeutic Riding Association of Ottawa-Carleton). This fun-filled family, day-long schedule of activities featured aboriginal dancing, horse and dog demonstrations and a hat contest, and a Polo matchbetween Ottawa and Toronto!
